CWA Blasts AT&T's Bad Faith "Final" Contract Offer

AT&T's so-called "final" proposal is a desperate attempt by AT&T to avoid reaching an agreement that would keep good, family-supporting jobs in our communities. Instead of continuing our agreed-upon negotiation process, they have violated the National Labor Relations Act by sending their misleading summary directly to CWA members and by failing to bargain in good faith.

CWA Executive Board Green Lights Strike at AT&T

CWA's Executive Board has voted to approve a strike by 14,000 workers covered by AT&T’s Midwest and Legacy T contracts. The Executive Board’s decision gives CWA President Chris Shelton the go ahead to set a strike date if negotiators cannot reach an agreement.
