CWA Local 13500 represents over 450 Direct Support Professionals working for LifePath, Inc. in Pennsylvania. Organizations like LifePath are dependent on the State for financial support. Governor Wolf has proposed increasing State support specifically for wages in his Budget Proposal. If approved, it would be the first increase in ten (10) years.

This video shows the impact that these workers have on the Intellectually Disabled, their love of the work and their struggle to provide for their own basic needs due to the wages they receive. Please offer your support to make the increase a reality: Tell your legislators Direct Support Professionals are worth it!
