The Union and Company resumed bargaining three days this week after breaking for the holiday. The Union opened the bargaining session by submitting to the Company an “information request” which both sides engaged in open and frank discussions concerning various issues.

The bargaining committee met again on Monday, December 19 with AT&T in Atlanta. After negotiations with management, we have arrived at a proposal for DIRECTV call center workers to gain the protection of a contract and join together with over 45,000 CWA represented workers at AT&T Mobility.
